PART B – CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Scope
These Conditions govern all sales made by IGS Electronics to customers through the website or electronic channels.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
Product listings are invitations to treat. A binding sales contract is formed only when:
- payment is confirmed, and
- the product is dispatched or made available for pickup.
IGS Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or legal restrictions.
3. Cancellation and Returns
Returns and cancellations are governed by Syrian contract law.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or non-conforming products

Custom-made, opened software, or digital products are non-refundable unless defective.
4. Warranty
